SHIPPING
All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Once your order is received, we will fulfill your order within 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email with your tracking number. If you need your item(s) expedited, please contact thelittlebroshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The Little Bro Shop assumes no responsibility for items lost in transit, damages caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions, as well as delay in receipt. Proof of shipment will be provided in the form of a tracking number via email.
RETURN POLICY
In the event that you need to make a return, please email thelittlebroshop@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Form. Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the purchase date for shop credit only, which you will receive via email once your return has been processed. Shop credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
The Little Bro Shop will only accept returns with an approved Return Authorization Form, proof of purchase (order confirmation) and all original tags attached to unused/ unworn clothing. Payment for return packaging, shipping, and/ or damage during return transit is the responsibly of the purchaser.
All sale items are considered final sale.
